How I Assist
As a respected Doula, I pride myself in providing you and/or your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule an initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.
POST-PARTUM OVERVIEW
Post-Partum support looks different for every family. Due to the changing nature of a new family's needs; I offer custom tailored post-partum care starting at $30/hr daytime and $35/hr (nights) with discounts given for hours booked in packages.Contact me to set up a free consultation to discuss what type of post-partum contract will work for you. As of September 2024 we are offering "Digital Doula" support as well in package form (phone, text and video support).
EASE IN POSTPARTUM PACKAGE $550
Phone and text support from birth throughout the duration of agreed upon contract (up to 6 months post-partum). Care of infant(s), new family and light household needs (washing bottles, laundry , light tidying and organizing baby things, prepping bottles etc).This is package includes 20 postpartum daytime hours to be used over 30 days .This package includes a $50 discount and postpartum welcome gift .
EXTRA HANDS PACKAGE $1400
Phone and text support from birth throughout the duration of agreed upon contract (up to 12 months post-partum). Care of infant(s), new family and light household needs (washing bottles, laundry , light tidying and organizing baby things, prepping bottles etc).This is package includes 50 postpartum daytime hours to be used over 45 days . $100 saving booked as a package and a welcome basket of postpartum essentials.
SWEET SLUMBER $1000
Phone and text support from birth throughout the duration of agreed upon contract (up to 12 months post-partum). Care of infant(s), new family and light household needs (washing bottles, laundry , light tidying and organizing baby things, prepping bottles etc).This is package includes 30 overnight hours to be used over 45 nights between the hours of 10pm and 6am. Comes with a $50 savings and welcome gift .
RESTED AND READY PACKAGE $2000
Phone and text support from birth throughout the duration of agreed upon contract (up to 12 months post-partum). Care of infant(s), new family and light household needs (washing bottles, laundry , light tidying and organizing baby things, prepping bottles etc).This is package includes 60 overnight hours to be used over 3 months. Hours between the 10pm and 6am. Comes with a $100 savings and welcome gift .
DIGITAL DOULA $500
Up to 20hrs of text, phone and video support in the first 6 weeks postpartum.
OVERNIGHT SUPPORT
The most common worry new parents have surrounds sleep and how to get enough of it; this is where I come in! I'm like a little night time fairy that does laundry, meal preps, washes bottles and of course keeps baby happy and cared for while you and your household get much needed sleep .
