Pregnancy Dress

After beginning our relationship with a complimentary meet and greet, I am committed to making your transition into parenthood as gentle as possible. My most basic prenatal care provides:  -One prenatal visit in your home where we will develop your birth plan and cover prenatal basics. -9am-5pm phone/email/text support.  -From 37 weeks until birth you will have on call support 24/7. As a result of the pandemic I have moved prenatal visits and virtual consults to a virtual model where requested. This can be done Via zoom, Whatsapp or fb messenger . -More extensive birth packages include extended prenatal planning focusing on readying your home, mind and body for baby.

I provide hands-on support both physically, verbally, and visually throughout your active labour.

My most basic labour package includes: Dedicated support for birthing person (and partner) during active labour and birth. These measures include but are not limited to:

breathing & relaxation techniques

 temperature regulation and more.

Please note: I will remain by your side during your active labour for up to a total of 18 hours, at which point I will need to rest or call in a back-up for a short amount of time.

Postpartum support will be available for up to 3 hours after the birth, including assistance with skin to skin, initial bonding, and feeding techniques for all births.

Mother with her Baby

My involvement as your post-partum Doula will look different for every family. I provide a range of basic infant care services, feeding techniques and strategies, schedule building and household management tasks to aid the new family. Additionally, I provide organization, meal prep assistance and night nannying. Set up a consult to discuss your unique needs today!

I offer tailored one on one classes in your home or via zoom detailing the aspects of newborn care, breastfeeding, cloth diapering and infant sleep. These classes are hands on and practical learning tailored to your individual needs. Brief over view classes in home last 1-3hrs and cost $100-150 depending on what's covered.
